January 27 is the anniversary of the liberation Auschwitz — a date recognized by the United Nations and the European Union as International Holocaust Remembrance Day. As we remember today those who were lost, may we honor their memories by continuing to equip ourselves to dismantle systemic oppression in all its forms and challenge the seeds of division and polarization being sown in our own day so #NeverAgain becomes not just a hashtag we post but a reality we live.
